Application to enable courier or car drivers to enter values of collected items for each pickup, and to obtain a signature at each pickup. Job information is relayed back to the server immediately if they are in signal, otherwise it is stored until they become in signal.

Must get signature when waiting time is entered.
Any extras that need to be entered should have a watermark with format against them.
